Hejsan allihopa, är lycklig ägare av en Passat Eco fuel. kört 2000 mil sen i april, inklusive en resa med familjen till Spanien.
Har orginal telefon paket inkl touch adapter, RC 310 stereo. Sedan bilen varit ny har telefonen krånglat, är inne på verkstad för 4 gången idag. Den tappar kontakten med telefonen, hittar inte adaptern, låser sig i Phone läge. Även om jag lossar adaptern och startar om bilen hjälper det inte. Ibland tappar den kontakten med adaptern också. Någon som varit med om liknande problem? Har försökt leta runt på nätet, det enda jag kommit till är några spridda kommentarer att tel adaptern inte funkar klockrent med RC 310. Nån som vet om det är en komplicerad historia att uppgradera till 510?

I think you got a Radio RCD 310(med CD-spelare).
Do you want to upgrade to a RCD 510(med integrerad CD växlare) or to RNS510(Radio/Navigation)?
No liability can be assumed for any damages.
First of all you need a plastic cotter and a Torx T20 screw driver.
You start to remove the cover of the radio at the left lower edge and continue counterclockwise until you have loosened the whole cover(take a look at the first picture).
Then you have to turn the radio cover down. Turn off igintion. The connector can now be removed from the control lamp(Airbag) by pressing on of sides of the connector without any error message(see picture 2).
After loosening and revoving the four T20 Torx screws, you can pull the radio out and remove the connectors on the backside(Quadlock etc.).
Place it on protective basis for exsample a towel to shield the touch screen from scratches(see picture 3).
If you assamble a RNS510 in your car,it needs a GPS antenna.
